By using ServingPrice ("the Service"), you agree to the terms below.
1. Service description
The Service publishes unit-price comparisons (price per serving, price per mg of a given ingredient) computed from publicly listed iHerb product and price data, as described in How prices are calculated.
2. No warranty on data accuracy
Prices and product details are collected automatically and reflect a point-in-time snapshot, not the live iHerb listing. Actual prices, availability, and product details at checkout may differ from what is shown here. The Service is provided “as is” without warranty of accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose, and we are not liable for decisions made in reliance on this data.
3. Not medical advice
Nothing on the Service constitutes medical, health, or dietary advice, and no content evaluates or claims efficacy for any product. Consult a qualified healthcare professional before making decisions about supplement use.
4. Affiliate links
Product links point to iHerb and may be affiliate links; the Service may earn a commission on purchases made through them at no extra cost to you. This does not affect how products are ranked (see About).
5. Third-party site
Purchases are completed on iHerb’s site under iHerb’s own terms and policies; the Service is not a party to that transaction.
6. Intellectual property / data license
Computed comparison data made available for download (e.g. the products dataset) is offered under the license stated at the point of download. Product names, images, and descriptions originate from iHerb and remain the property of their respective owners. Site design, layout, and original text are the property of the Service unless otherwise noted.
7. Changes to the Service or these Terms
We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service, and may update these Terms, at any time. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
8. Governing terms
Matters not addressed in these Terms are governed by applicable law. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle visit data.
